From the Website
We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, email address, and connection information. We may use these tools to figure out how long you have been on our site and which links within you click on (e.g., Service links). We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, and communications), comments, feedback, recommendations, and a personal profile (this last is especially when you come in for service).
In Spoke & Sprocket
In Spoke & Sprocket (hereafter known as “the Shop”), when you come in for service (“service” indicates repairs such as a tune-up, wheel repair, or other repairs where you must leave your bike/wheel, name, and number), we will be inputting your name, phone number and bike details (e.g., Colour, type, brand, and serial number) into a database.
How We Collect the Information

On the Website, we will be collecting your name and email address when you either sign up for the newsletter or email us from the Contact box. It will never be sold to anyone else in any way. It is for our use only.
In the Shop
In the Shop, we will be asking you for your name and phone number. If you wish to give us your email, we will accept that, too – usually for newsletter purposes, sometimes to contact you about your bike, if you ask us to add you to the list.
Why We Collect the Information

We do. And we do so to make sure that everything we do will make us better and better, as well as making sure we obey any laws.
How You Can Withdraw Your Consent
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. You may remove your consent simply by emailing and requesting that you be removed from the newsletter or other Shop communication.
How We Communicate with You
We communicate via newsletter, email, phone, and, of course, in person. We may contact you regarding your bike, send the newsletter, or inform you of a change in status in the Shop (e.g., A sale, holiday hours).
Privacy Policy Updates
We reserve the right to change or update our Privacy Policy at any time as the Shop grows, so please review it frequently. If we make changes to the Policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
