E-bikes We Won’t Work On

There are three major criteria that must be met

It must be made in North America (Canada preferably) with Manufacturers or dealers we can talk to about your bike, so we can diagnose electrical issues properly.
We must be able to get replacement parts for your electronics. If there is nowhere to get parts, we cannot service your bike.
We must be able to secure it safely in our stand AND be able to remove the wheel, (and hanging them by straps is not considered safe); If we cannot, we cannot service the bike, even for “just a flat”.

We are not a motorcycle shop. And their heavier-duty equipment is what is required to work on most of these bikes.

But since we’re not total monsters, we will always tell you where to go. 😉
